Passenger

The stress of the airport.

Security checks. People everywhere. Signs, schedules, delays, that sickeningly pleasant woman’s voice reminding to watch your step, over and over and over and over…

Then, finally, the world shrinks down to a single chair.

All you possess is an oversized pocket, a reading light, an air conditioning nozzle, cheap headphones, a tiny uncomfortable pillow, and an 8 inch tv screen.

You take off your shoes, relax, and take your time. You’re just a passenger, and the only place to go is up.
